Visiting Spiritual Director

I believe we all have an internal navigation system set to bring us into touch with our Source — however, we might name it (God or Spirit, the Universe, ancestors, the Web of Life). In Spiritual Direction I help seekers as you listen to this internal navigation system so it can guide them toward their deepest sense of purpose, meaning, and belonging.

Inspired by my own growth as a spiritual direction client, I became certified as a Spiritual Director in 2017 through the Bekhol Levavkha training program at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in New York, NY. Since then, I have served as a Spiritual Director for Hebrew College Rabbinical School (pluralistic) in Boston, MA, and Hebrew Union College (Reform) in Cincinnati, OH. In 2022, I moved into private practice, accompanying individual clients near and far, and of all religious and non-religious orientations.

My approach is client-centered, intuitive, culturally sensitive, and compassionate — and draws on embodied awareness, seasonal insights, poetry, sacred text, and creative process. I strive to work with a proactive awareness of the role of religious trauma. Clients typically meet with me monthly via Zoom or phone for one-hour sessions. If you are interested in working with me, please contact me to learn more, and to schedule your free 20-minute consultation to meet me, ask questions, and decide if you think I am the right spiritual director for you.
